Registered Witches: Please see below!

All witches must be checked in by 5:00 PM on Sat. Oct. 26th at The Gathering (Freedom Field)!

RIDE DAY TIMELINE

2:30PM-5:00PM THE GATHERING – FREEDOM FIELD
(Intersection of Porter Ave & Pershing Ave)

- At check-in you’ll receive your wristband, pub crawl card and tee or tank. If you would like to hand off any items to family or friends, you can leave The Gathering and re-enter as long as you have your wristband.
- The Gathering is only for registered participants. Participants must be wearing their wristband to enter The Gathering. Friends and family are asked to gather along the route.
- Arrive Early! Parking is very limited in the area and there are lots of witches and spectators! Also please note that the roads on the route will close at 4:45PM.
- Know where to check-in! Every entrance accepts walkers, but not all entrances accept bikes, trikes or carts, so please check the map before you arrive!
- What will The Gathering consist of? It’s the perfect time to mingle with your friendly coven of fellow witches, & wizards and check out all of the amazing carts, trikes and bikes too!
- Mitchell Distributing & Coca Cola Bottling Co United will be onsite with delicious free samples of various drinks!
- Ready your throws and make last minute costume, broom, and cart adjustments!

4:45PM ROADS WILL CLOSE ALONG RIDE ROUTE
Road closures may cause delays in getting to The Gathering at Freedom Field, please plan to arrive early!

Children, families & individuals are invited to spectate and watch along the route as the witches fly by! And don’t forget to bring a bag to collect all of the goodies and treats the witches will be handing out!

Last year we had a very large crowd of spectators! For safety reasons, please try to arrive early to park and find a spot to spectate along the route before the roads close at 4:45PM and the Ride start time of 5:30PM!

2024 Witches Ride Info!

The Witches Ride of Ocean Springs started flying in 2018, with the goal of helping better the lives of animals by donating the ride’s proceeds to local animal welfare organizations! In 2019, Witches Ride of Ocean Springs became an official 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization registered with the state of Mississippi. We are locally volunteer-run and we’re so proud to say that say that since the start of our ride we’ve donated over $63,000 to local animal welfare groups and agencies! Help be a part of our ongoing success by participating in our events!
