It’s almost time to FLY!

Registered Witches, Pub Crawl Participants and Merch Pickup Info can be found below!

• REGISTERED WITCHES:
  • There are 2 Pre-Gathering pick up time slots to pickup your shirts, wristbands and Pub Crawl Cards! OR you can pickup your shirt, wristband and Pub Crawl Card at The Gathering beginning at 2:30pm on the 26th.
  • If you can’t make one of the 2 pre-Gathering times, a friend can pick up your packet for you if they have the name you registered under.
  • If you paid for shipping, your shirt will be mailed as soon as they are received from the printer but please note we cannot guarantee they will arrive before the ride. Your wristband and Pub Crawl cards will be available for pickup at the 2 pickups or at The Gathering
  • Witches who pickup their packet BEFORE arriving at The Gathering: you MUST have your wristband on to enter The Gathering AND to participate in the ride. You can’t fly without it so don’t forget to bring it with you!
  • RIDE DAY INFO: Witches must check-in to The Gathering between 2:30PM-5:00PM in order to participate. Please click here for the full Ride-Day timeline

• PUB CRAWL PARTICIPANTS: there are 3 time slots to pickup your wristbands and Pub Crawl Cards! If you can’t make one of those times, a friend can pick up your packet for you if they have the name you ordered under. Winners will be drawn and contacted on 10/31!

• MERCH SHIPPING & PICKUPS FOR STICKERS/TANKS/TEES ONLY:
  • If you chose local pickup, they will be available Friday evening or Saturday morning.
  • If you paid for shipping, they will be mailed as soon as they’re received from the printer, however we cannot guarantee they will arrive before Oct, 26th.

• VOLUNTEERS: Volunteers can pick up their shirts at either the Friday evening or Saturday morning pickup times OR at The Gathering Saturday afternoon.
